Automate Overseas Enquiry Intake with n8n: Forms, Sheets, Notifications and Reply Drafts

Configure an n8n form, validation, Google Sheets, internal alerts and reply drafts, with handling for retries, additional requirements and recovery.

A few enquiries are easy to handle manually. As work grows, some remain in email, some in chats and some in unnoticed forms. I automate receiving, recording and notifying first, while leaving customer commitments for human approval.

This workflow takes an n8n form submission, validates it, stores it in Google Sheets, notifies an internal owner and prepares a fact-based reply draft. The first version neither emails customers automatically nor calls a paid AI API. An approved model can be added later, after the basic pipeline is reliable.

Configuration follows official node documentation. Test the whole flow with a test spreadsheet and your own email before using it for business. Cloud authorisation, notification delivery and concurrency must be verified in your environment; connected nodes alone do not prove reliable delivery.
