01 · Introduction

I treat an avatar video as two deliverables: first a clip of the presenter speaking, then a finished edit with captions, product footage or slides. In this lesson you will prepare an authorized portrait and voice, write a line that fits the duration, choose the right generation mode and diagnose problems in the raw clip.

The custom tote-bag business is fictional and used only to explain the process. The presenter, brand and video results below are teaching examples. Account setup, generation queues and editing take additional time; there is no fixed “ten-minute finished video” claim. Use only your own face and voice or those of a person who has expressly authorized you.
